Key Decision
Designed a north-star vision for a fragmented research-to-purchase journey, balancing editorial credibility with commerce utility across exploratory and goal-driven users.
Outcomes
Client adopted the designs and recommendations following the engagement.
Brought stakeholders into the process through research and concept reviews, building alignment early so the final delivery landed without friction.
Concept testing across 9 participants and 6 low-fidelity concepts validated the direction.
