6 flows owned end-to-end: Login, one-time payment (multi-account), interstitials, message center, pay by text, and manage appointments, across desktop, tablet, and mobile.

Key Decision

Separated residential and business payment paths after research revealed users needed different payment methods per account type, solving the core need within a technical constraint.

Outcomes

  • All 6 flows shipped to production across desktop, tablet, and mobile
